039 – MARK DRAIN – 420R

Started in 2005 Caterham Academy, having built the car over Christmas 2004.

2006-2009 consistently ran at the back of the Roadsport field.

2009-2015 switched to CSCC Mag 7’s to race with my brother as two driver entry.

2013 joint Group 1 champion.

2016 joined 7 race series and raced here ever since. Have gradually moved from the back of field.

First ever podium in 2021 at Jerez on my birthday, next day worst ever accident. The highs and lows of motorsport
