2024 is set to be an exciting season for 7 Racing, both in the UK and Europe. With plenty to offer across a multitude of circuits and countries, 2024 is a year not to be missed. Below we have detailed just some of the highlights you can expect to enjoy with 7 Racing this year.
Our season begins with our pre-season track day on Saturday 16th March at Snetterton. Our pre-season track day is now a staple of the 7 Racing calendar. The perfect opportunity to prepare for a brand-new season, dust off those winter cobwebs and give your Caterham a good shakedown. Being a Caterham only day, you will be in perfect company when on circuit, and an open pit lane format presents the opportunity for ample track time throughout the day. Garages are also free of charge.
It’s the ideal way to start your season, and given that it is taking place at the setting of our first UK round, it sets you up nicely for the season ahead.

Diving into the racing calendar, the first 7 Racing event of the year takes place at Portimao, with the opening round of the Euro Cup. Portimao is a superb circuit and well suited to Caterhams, as we have proven in the past with our winter Sun events. This weekend will be a fantastic way to kick start the 7 Racing activities for the year, and the inaugural Euro Cup.
Our UK racing exploits will begin in May this year (10th – 12th), with Snetterton the first port of call. Our popular 420R and 310R classes look set to be joined by our new 270R class this season, following a great deal of interest from drivers. We’re expecting this class to grow as the season progresses.
We have a number of highlights on our 7 Racing UK calendar, with Brands Hatch GP a cemented favourite. This is the only chance to race with a Caterham championship on the GP circuit, and an opportunity not to be missed. Just be aware that places for this round are quickly becoming limited.
Our UK calendar is full of bucket list opportunities, with Donington Park, Silverstone GP and Oulton Park also featuring on our 2024 calendar.
The 7 Racing paddock is an important part of our race weekends, with the off-track atmosphere just as popular as our on-track environment. As ever our race weekend hospitality will be available for all drivers and their guests throughout each weekend (don’t forget – extra tickets can be booked on our website prior to each weekend). Being the central hub in the paddock, our hospitality creates the perfect opportunity to socialise with one another.
Our resident photographer will also return this year. Award winning photographer, Matt Sayle will be on hand all season to capture your best moments on circuit, and those candid shots in and around the paddock. Photographs can be purchased as a season package, or for single events.
There is a whole host of things to look forward to in 2024, and we can’t wait to share another season with you all. For more details about any of our 2024 race meetings and test days, or to book our photography packages, head to our website: https://seven.racing/index.php/shop/
We look forward to seeing you all very soon!
